Software Engineer (Full-Stack)
InquisLab builds AI software for industrial teams operating refineries, chemical plants, factories, and other critical infrastructure. As a Software Engineer (Full-Stack), you will own end-to-end product features across our Next.js frontend, Python backend, data workflows, and AI integrations.
What you will do
- Build and ship product features from idea to production.
- Design and implement APIs, data pipelines, and integrations.
- Work with LLMs and ML models in production systems.
- Own testing, monitoring, debugging, and production quality.
- Contribute to architecture decisions directly with the founders.
Must-have
- 2+ years shipping production software.
- Strong JavaScript, TypeScript, and React fundamentals.
- Python backend experience with FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar.
- SQL and database design experience.
- Git and CI/CD basics.
- Self-starter who can move fast in an early-stage startup.
Nice-to-have
- Next.js, Vercel, and Tailwind experience.
- LLM or AI integration experience with OpenAI, LangChain, or similar.
- Docker, AWS, GCP, or production infrastructure experience.
- Industrial, manufacturing, energy, or B2B software exposure.
- Open-source contributions or strong public project work.
